Ingredients:
2 small cucumber.
½ onion
8-10 cherry tomatoes
1 tbsp. olive oil
1 bowl boiled chickpeas
¼ tsp. salt
¼ tsp. chili powder
½ tsp. ginger
3 tbsp. green coriander
2 green chilies
¼ tsp. roasted cumin
¼ tsp. chat masala
¼ tsp. black salt
2 tbsp. lemon juice
¼ tsp. pepper
1 tsp. olive oil
Instructions:

Slice the cucumbers, onion, and tomatoes. - ·
Add cooking oil in a pan and cooked chickpeas - ·
Add salt and chili powder - ·
Sauté for 2-three minute for medium excessive flame - ·
Remove the chickpeas from stove and add them to the bowl with
cucumbers 6. Mix in ginger, coriander, and green chilies - ·
Add roasted cumin, black salt, olive oil, lemon juice and a pinch
of salt and pepper to flavor.
