INGREDIENTS
- Chicken drumsticks (boneless) half a kilo

- Cold chicken. A bowl

- Soya sauce A tablespoon
- Tomato ketchup. Half a cup
- Chili Sauce Two tablespoons
- Cumin .. Two tablespoons
- Chinese. A tablespoon
- The salt A teaspoon
- The oil 4/1 cup+ one tablespoon+ for frying
- Green onion leaves finely chopped. to decorate
Method
Put white pepper, egg white, half cornflour, a tablespoon of oil and salt on the
chicken legs and keep it for half an hour. Heat oil in a pan and fry the chicken
pieces until golden. Heat 1/4 cup in a saucepan and fry the garlic. Add vinegar, sugar,
soy sauce, ketchup, chili sauce, chicken and ice to it and cook until boiling. Slowly
add the rest of the cornflour with a spoon and when it thickens, take it out in a dish.
Serve garnished with delicious Manchurian green onions.
