Baked Chicken Tenders (Gluten Free)

 Ingredients

¼ cup (30g) rice flour
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp pepper
1 cup (70g) finely
beaten or processed gluten unfastened rice krispies
½ cup (60g) finely shaved parmesan cheese
½ tsp dried thyme
1 egg
28 oz (800g)
chicken tenders, rinsed and pat dry
These Gluten Free Baked Chicken Tenders have a crunchy rice krispies and parmesan crust. They are
scrumptious served with a Spicy Yogurt Dip.



INSTRUCTIONS


Combine rice flour, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Mix
nicely and set aside. In some other bowl, integrate beaten gluten unfastened rice krispies, parmesan cheese, and dried thyme. Mix nicely and set aside. In but some other bowl, beat egg with 2 tablespoons water.
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Dredge
chicken tenders in rice flour combination. Then dip in egg combination and ultimately coat with rice krispies combination. Place on a rack over a baking sheet.
Baked
