Pan-fried Fish



  •  1.5 kgs fish fillets
  •  1 Tbsp Red paprika powder 
  •  1 Tbsp dry cumin
  •  1 tsp turmeric powder
  •  Salt and black pepper powder to taste
  •  1-2 Tbsp vegetable oil


Heat the oil in a frying pan. Meanwhile sprinkle the paprika and cumin on each sides of the fish fillets, at the same time sprinkle the turmeric. Then sprinkle each facets with salt and black pepper.Rest it for 15 min if you want to. When the oil is hot, put the fish to the pan and cover. Cook for two mins on one side, then turn and cover again and cook an extra 2 mins on the other side.If the fish seems raw cook for another 5 minute.

 Serve with boil rice and vegetables.
