Ingredients:
•Fresh prawns_____ half kg
•Oil_____ half a cup
• Onion_____ 2 pcs finely chopped
• Turmeric_____ 1 teaspoon
• Black pepper_____ 1 teaspoon chopped
•Red pepper_____ 1 tablespoon ground
•Ginger garlic paste_____ 1 tbsp
•Green chili_____ 6 nos
•Lemon leaves_____ a few nos
•Curly leaves_____ a few numbers
•Coconut cream powder_____ 2 packets
•Salt_____ to taste
Composition:
Heat oil in a pot and fry the onion until golden brown.
Now spread it on a newspaper and make it crisp and wide with your hand.
Then add fresh prawns to the pot and cook.
When the water of the prawns dries up, add fried onions, turmeric, black pepper, red chillies and ginger garlic paste to them and fry a little.
After that, dissolve green chillies, lemon leaves, curry leaves and coconut cream powder in water and add them to the prawns.
Finally add salt and lemon juice and keep it on low flame for five to ten minutes and serve with plain rice.
